Nutrition Education Program
This package is designed for individuals seeking clear, science-based nutrition information and practical strategies to implement independently. It's an excellent choice for those motivated to begin a healthier lifestyle with a solid foundation of knowledge.

- One 60-minute initial assessment
- Two 45-minute nutrition follow-up sessions
This package is ideal for you if:
- You want reliable nutrition information and actionable strategies.
- You are motivated to make independent lifestyle interventions.
- You need professional guidance to build a solid foundation for your health, or have received a new diagnosis and are looking to support it through nutrition.
- You feel your nutrition is generally well balanced, but you would like an analysis to ensure you are getting all the nutrients you need to support optimal health
Pricing: $490
The cost of the initial assessment with follow-up appointment is $350. The 2nd follow-up is $140.
Nutrition Counseling Program
This program offers in-depth, ongoing support for those committed to making significant and sustainable nutritional and behavioral changes. It provides the accountability and continuous guidance needed to successfully navigate your health journey, especially for managing specific health concerns or weight goals.
This program is the best choice if:
- You are looking for dedicated support and accountability while implementing changes.
- You need help with the behavioral aspects of eating and making sustainable changes.
- You require ongoing adjustments to your nutrition plan as you progress.
- You are focused on weight management. Perhaps you are starting a new medication (GLP-1 like Ozempic, Wegovy and want to optimize results)
- You are managing an acute concern, such as diverticulitis or IBS.
What's Included:
- One 60-minute initial nutrition assessment
- Consistent support and accountability with regular follow-up sessions for 3, 6 or 12 months
Pricing: varies based on frequency of follow-ups and duration of commitment
