Let’s reach YOUR goals TOGETHER
Currently practicing in both Saskatchewan and Ontario.
I am passionate about supporting clients to reach their goals through education on the intricate links between nutrition, health and lifestyle.
Working with me, Chelsea, your personal Dietitian, you can expect to:
✔️Learn the what, when, and how of eating. You may already know what is healthy, but struggle to see results. I will help you understand the right balance, timing, and portion sizes for your unique needs.
✔️Identify and overcome your barriers. We all face challenges that can hinder our progress. I will help you recognize what is moving you toward your goals and what might be holding you back from achieving your best.
✔️Receive dedicated support and accountability. Having someone to be accountable to is a powerful motivator. Regular check-ins will help you stay on track with your action plan, especially when life presents unexpected hurdles.
✔️Access a trusted resource; your own personal “nutrition myth buster!”. Wondering about protein powders, fish oil supplements, or the latest diet trend? I will provide evidence-based answers to your nutrition questions, free from social media hype.
✔️Gain emotional support. Your feelings significantly influence your eating habits. I will provide strategies to help you understand and manage emotional and stress-eating, enabling you to mend your relationship with food and create lasting change.
I am here to support YOU.
